You may return most unopened items purchased at FootDocStore.com within 10 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). A refund will be issued for the purchase amount in check form, within 10 business days of receiving the returned items, minus a restocking fee of 20%.

The following items may not be returned: Opened and used items.
